“On my first visit to the Metropolitan Opera House, we had come to see an opera for our 30th wedding anniversary. The enormous art murals by Marc Chagall made a particular impression on me as an artist. To think, those murals have heard superb voices and music for decades in this grand opera house.
I tried to recapture that original feeling in my Music & Dance scarf. The design is bursting with vibrant shapes and colors as various music scores dance throughout the composition. Included in the design are score excerpts from Puccini’s Turandot, Madama Butterfly, and La Bohème.”
