StikBot Animation Studio Pro

Meet StikBot: the world’s first social media sharing toy, with the capacity to shape your imagination into endless possibilities.

StikBot’s special ability to twist and move in addition to his sticky suction cup hands and feet makes stop motion animation quick and easy: just snap, pose and repeat.

Your camera takes single photos and strings them together as one video. Because StikBots animate best at lower frame rates, the app is set to shoot at 10 frames per second, making it easy to know how long your video will be (60 frames = 6 seconds).

Choosing a backdrop is also simple: film in the kitchen, living room, bathroom— Even take Stikbot with you when you travel! And with a sound effect and music library built into the app, you become the moviemaker!

Download the free mobile app, Stikbot Studios, for iOS and Android. You can then shoot your own stop motion videos starring StikBot. Everywhere becomes a stage for StikBot!
Create, animate and share! Upload your own videos and check out #StikBot on social media to see what StikBot is up to all over the world.

Set Design

For every Met production, the set designer creates a complete visual world in which an opera will take place, including sets—solid pieces of scenery—and props—anything that can be moved, such as furniture, weapons, books and papers, glasses—or the apple in Rossini’s Guillaume Tell. Most pieces are constructed in the Met workshops, where they are also repaired or repainted as productions are revived over the years.
