Verdi's Nabucco
Verdi's NabuccoVerdi’s biblical drama about King Nebuchadnezzar and the exiled Israelites premiered in Milan’s Teatro alla Scala in 1842. It was one of the composer’s earliest triumphs, and is considered by many to be the true beginning of his artistic career.
